Obituary
Bobby L. Jennings, 52, of Tulsa, died on Monday, May 1, 2023 in Tulsa. He was born August 1, 1970 in Weatherford, OK to John Lee Jennings and Linda Ruth Rayborn Jennings. He married R. Annette Hull and she survives him.
Mr. Jennings was a senior civil designer, working for HBK Engineering.
In addition to his wife Annette, he is survived by a daughter, Zoe L. Jennings; a son Phillip A. Jennings; a sister Mechelle Edwards, and a brother John T. Jennings.
There will be a private gathering. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be directed to Family and Children's Services of Tulsa, fcsok.org.
