Obituary

Bonnie Jean Jueschke (McDaniel) was born to Virgil and Bonnie McDaniel on Dec. 9th, 1934 on the family farm outside of Ponca City, Ok. Her and husband, Bill Jueschke, continue to run that family farm to this day. Bonnie Jean was named by her paternal grandparents and was often called B.J. She had health problems as a child and sometimes had to live in town with her grandparents to be close to the doctors. Because of this she was never allowed to run, play outside, and never learned to ride a bike. She was homeschooled for many years and then when she was allowed to go to school it was only part time. While her older and younger sisters helped on the farm, B.J. was usually left inside to mind the cooking for the family. She eventually was healthy enough to help with chores and attend school full time. By high school she was able to be on the basketball team and earned a letter jacket from Marland HS. It was in HS that she meet her sweetheart, William Joseph Jueschke (Billy Joe). They were married a year after HS graduation on Sept. 16th, 1954 in Ponca City. After a short honeymoon they returned home by the next weekend for the wedding of their friends Karl and Rae Karlin. Soon after the weddings the 2 couples plus Bill's brother Gerald moved to Borger, TX and all five of them begin working for Phillips Petroleum Company. B.J. continued to work until the birth of their 1st child, Natasha Lynn in 1961. Shortly after Bill did a stint in the Army and they moved temporarily to New Orleans. Afterwards Phillips relocated Bill to Bartlesville, OK. In 1965 a 2nd child was born, Richard Lee. By living close to Ponca City, Bill and B.J. were actively involved with both of their family farms until 1979 when they were transferred to Stavanger, Norway where they loved living, working, traveling and met up with Karl and Rae Karlin again. In 1987 they returned to the USA (Tulsa, OK) and began grand parenting and working on the family farms again. B.J. loved farming, traveling with the grandchildren, bible study classes and her church family at Park Plaza Church of Christ. She was very active until a few months before her death on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 in Tulsa, OK.

Bonnie is survived by her husband Bill Jueschke. A daughter Natasha Toillion (Mark) of Borger, TX, a son Richard Jueschke of Bartlesville, OK. Four grandchildren Sasha (Russ Gray), Cherith (Luca Manfroi) Cynda (Trevor Hanna), and Paul Toillion (Kaylee). She was able to meet her first great grandchild Hallie Hanna in June. In addition to her own family, Bonnie loved many others as family, especially Joe and Katrina Halcli and their children, John, Elizabeth, and Julia.

Bonnie was the true Matriarch of her family and enjoyed family time starting MANY family traditions. She leaves us with a big hole in our family BUT with many strong binds and fond memories.
