Bradley Christopher Wood
Passed away suddenly Monday May 2, 2022. He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on May 29, 1984. He graduated from Edison High School in 2002. In his younger years he was a member of the All American Gymnastics Boys Team. The team competed around the states of Oklahoma and Texas for about 4 years, winning many trophies and medals. Upon entering Edison Jr. High, Brad joined the orchestra. Through the years he played the bass fiddle and eventually the guitar. Brad loved his music. In high school, Brad chose the Tulsa Vo-tech/high school program learning Carpentry. A few years after high school Brad joined the Naval Reserves, and was part of the Seabees for about 3 years.
Brad is preceded in death by his grandparents, Betty, BG, Rankin Graves, Sanford, Grandy Sandy, Graves; grandparents Betty & Floyd Gann; grandparents Robert T Wood & Vera. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth M Smith (James); his father, Gregg E Wood (Carolyn) of Tulsa, OK; his brother, Brian M Wood (Shalom) of Owasso, OK. Stepsisters, Carissa Verges (Manuel) of Claremore, OK; Susan Smith of Foyil OK; Julie Lomas (John) of Houston, TX; & Laura Smith of Austin, TX. Stepbrother Peter Smith of Tulsa, OK and many nieces and nephews.
