Brenda Marlene Cosby was born November 21, 1952 in Jacksonville, Florida to James George Harrell, Sr. and Martha (Myers) Harrell. She passed away Monday, August 9, 2021 at her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Brenda attended Andrew Jackson High School in Jacksonville, Florida. She enjoyed collecting antiques and has her own Coca Cola Museum. She also enjoyed traveling to see family and putting her feet in the Florida sand.

She is survived by her husband Barry Cosby; her step father Edward Brooks; daughters Tonia Herndon of Jacksonville, Florida, Jerri Lynne Hood of Port St. Lucie, Florida, Stephanie Tulsa (Gary) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; grandchildren Tammy Toliver, Nikki Walker, David Herndon, Kayla Miller, Michael Pannell, Essence Cavender, Madison Tulsa, Jacob Tulsa, Kari Tulsa, Jordan Tulsa; great grandchildren Chloe, Hailey, Carly, Seth, Logan, Melody, Sofia, Zoe, Adaline, Patrick, Paisley, Allison.

Preceded in death by her parents, James Harrell, Sr and Martha J. Myers Brooks; granddaughter Hannah Maroney

Viewing will be 10AM - 8PM, Thursday, August 12, 2021 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 East 51st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M., Friday August 13, 2021 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel.
