Brenda Elaine Williams passed away at the age of 67 in Tulsa, Oklahoma on January 6, 2024. Brenda was born on April 7, 1956 in Tulsa, OK at Hillcrest Hospital to parents Autry Salyers and Emagene Salyers (Davis). She graduated high school at East Central High School in Tulsa in 1974. Brenda retired from Tulsa Public Schools in 1999, and also from B.L. Construction.
She loved to volunteer at Meals on Wheels, Emergency Infant Services, and had made several mission trips to Arizona on Native American Reservations. She was an avid traveler and very much enjoyed Israel and Hawaii. Brenda had many passions that included her ranch in Kansas, spending time with her grandchildren, attending the Performing Arts Center in Tulsa, exploring museums, exercising, watching birds and chickens, and smelling beautiful flowers. She was a member of The First Baptist Church in Owasso and loved being involved in church activities.
Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, Autry and Emagene Salyers. She is survived by her husband Woody Rory Williams, her children Justin Williams (wife Stacey), Brandon Williams (wife Jill), her sister Jennifer Bartlett (husband Bernie), and grandchildren Honesty, Mia, Autry, Katie, Trustin, Troy, and Kyle.
