Brendan James Dolan was born on August 18, 1994 in Stoke Mandeville, England and passed away December 21, 2016, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was the youngest of three children to John and Corinne Dolan, brother to Jack Dolan (Amy McAuliff) and Josie Hughes (Jeff Hughes), Uncle to Fennix Dolan, and Nephew and Cousin to numerous relatives.
Brendan graduated from Bishop Kelley High School and attended the University of Arkansas and Tulsa Community College. He volunteered his time at Crossroads Clubhouse in Tulsa. Brendan was involved in Boy Scouts and was a High School State Champion in swimming, a sport he dedicated much of his time to when he was younger.
His thirst for knowledge kept him passionate about many things throughout his life. He loved researching, reading and learning, and he always welcomed deep discussions. Brendan could be best described as a music aficionado. He loved listening to all kinds of music and attending concerts. He played the keyboard and had started a band with some friends.
Brendan enjoyed traveling to Spain and the country of his birth, England. He also loved to travel anywhere to see family, especially Washington to visit his nephew, Fennix. He loved being an Uncle and often talked about how amazing it was.
He had an infectious smile that reached his eyes so you knew when he was really happy and he loved big and felt deep. His life was too short and he suffered greatly, but now his battle with mental illness is over and he is finally at peace.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at 11 am at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel, 3612 E 91st St, Tulsa, OK 74137
