Brent David Chesbro was born on May 29, 1990 in Wichita, Kansas and lived in Fort Worth, Texas. Brent walked into the arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 1, 2017 at the age of 27 after a tragic car accident.
Brent attended Booker T. Washington High School and graduated from Stillwater High School. He was an avid lover of sports and played baseball, frisbee golf and loved to snow ski, hunt and fish. He especially loved watching Oklahoma State University football and wrestling.
Brent never met a stranger and his smile and laughter always lit up the room. He loved to joke and to make people laugh. His energy and love brightened our lives and we loved him dearly. He truly had many best friends and made a lasting impression on each and every one of them. He found strength in God and loved to share his faith with others. He was passionate about helping others to open their hearts to God.
Brent is survived by his wife, Delanie Stickle Chesbro and his 2 year old, son, Hudson of Fort Worth, Texas: parents, Lisa and Tony Howard of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Doug and Debbie Chesbro of Stillwater, Oklahoma, two brothers, Turner Chesbro of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Michael Chesbro of Stillwater, Oklahoma. Brent had two step brothers, Taylor Howard of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Carson Howard of Tulsa, Oklahoma and three step sisters, Lindsey Howard of New York City, New York, Nicole Regan of San Francisco, California and Shelby Garner of Stillwater, Oklahoma. Surviving grandparents are Barbara Turner of Cedar Falls, Iowa and Shirley Chesbro of Stillwater, Oklahoma; uncles Tommy Ray and Todd Chesbro, both of Tulsa and Debi Lattimer of Columbia, Maryland; and many loving cousins and extended family.
