Brett Clinton Johnston, 61, passed away April 4, 2024, at Ascension St. John's, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, after complications from Grave's disease after a quadruple bypass. His memorial service will be held April 15th at Church 3434, 3434 South Garnett Road, Tulsa, OK 74146 at 10am.

Brett was born June 17, 1962, to parents Charles Clinton Johnston and Sally Johnston. He graduated from Nathan Hale high school where he was an avid wrestler. During his life he worked many jobs and made friends everywhere he went. He always left a lasting impression, even if you had only met him for a few moments. He was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He loved his family fiercely and enjoyed spending time with his grandkids. He was a diehard OU and Dallas Cowboys fan and watched almost every game. In his spare time, he would hang out with his two beloved dogs Sugar and Gilbert, making sure they always had special treats and tending to his flowerbeds. He was so proud of his roses. He was an extremely hard worker, most times taking on extra jobs outside of his normal work hours. He was a spiritual man and read his Bible every day and sharing scriptures to those who needed it. His loss is felt by many, and he will be sorely missed.

He is survived by his 2 children, 6 grandchildren, 3 siblings, and 2 dogs. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, and grandmother.
