McCoy, Brian Patrick, 39, passed away Monday, May 5, 2014 in Tulsa, OK. Born October 2, 1975 in Tulsa, OK to David Harlan and Eleanor Dora (Smith) McCoy.
Preceded in death by his parents, Dave & Eleanor. Survived by three brothers, Mark McCoy and wife, Judy, Roger McCoy and wife, Susan, and Alan McCoy and wife, Lisa. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the H,O.W. Foundation, 5649 S. Garnett Road, Tulsa, OK 74146. Memorial service will be 4:00 P.M., Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Moore's Memory Chapel, 1403 S. Peoria, Tulsa. A reception will follow at Manic-Pixie Studio, 623 S. Peoria from 5:30-7:00 P.M.
