Biggs, Bryan Kennard, 77 of Tulsa passed away Thursday, November 7, 2013. He was born July 30, 1936 in Reedley, CA to Kennard and Mildred Beatrice Biggs. He was an auditor for ONG and enjoyed music, the Dallas Cowboys, internet surfing, cooking, fishing and his dog Thor. Survived by daughters Christine Thoman her husband David of Tulsa, OK, Candace Bowers of Inola, OK, grandson Alex Thoman, granddaughter Angela Thoman and his brother Mike Biggs. Preceded in death by wife Elizabeth Biggs.
