Carl E. Tuscano was born on January 12, 1961. He was a devoted father and husband. He leaves behind his wife Sherry Haring-Rist; his children, Monica Tuscano, Jeremy Tuscano, and Tiffany Tuscano; along with his mother, Shirley Tuscano; his sisters, Laura Jones, Cindy Haitt, and Cheryl Pavelka. He has three wonderful grandchildren; Aiden, Madelyn, and Kora.
He is preceded in death by his father, Robert James Tuscano; and his brothers, Charlie Tuscano, and Bobby Tuscano; and his nephew, Lucas A. Tuscano.
Carl loved spending time with his family and taking nature walks, and he also loved animals and eagles.
