Obituary
Carl Clifford Young, 52, of Jennings, OK, passed away, Monday, January 19, 1976, at his residence. He was born on Thursday, February 22, 1923, in Coweta, Pawnee County, OK, to Dave Young and Myrtle (Sisney) Young. Carl was proud to have served as a Private in the United States Army in World War II, and was a 20-year employee with McMichael Concrete Co.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Ann (Foster) Young of the home; 2 daughters, Imogene Smith of Tulsa, OK, and Barbara Walker of Altus, OK; 2 sons, David Young of Oklahoma City, OK, and Daniel Young, who is currently serving in the United States Army; 3 grandchildren; mother, Mrs. Myrtle Burson of Tulsa, OK; 5 sisters, Marie Holt of Tulsa, OK, Rita Burns of Greenville, TX, Maxine Moss of Tulsa, OK, Esteline Green of Tulsa, OK, and Josephine Ryan of Tulsa, OK. He was preceded in death by his father.
