Carla Wood Lassiter passed away on July 2, 2023 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Carla was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma on January 17, 1926 to parents Theron and Lyda Wood.

She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and one sister. Carla is survived by her children David Lassiter, Barbara Broski, Lani Faye Shoate, Leo Lassiter, and Lisa Louise Lassiter, as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Services will be held on July 7, 2021 at 11AM at Moore Southlawn Funeral Home, with a graveside at Memorial Park Cemetery to follow.

In lieu of flowers, Carla`s family are requesting donations to the Salvation Army, American Heart Association, Alzheimer`s Association, or Parkinson`s Disease Association.
