HERWIG, Carol Ann, 84, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2014, Tulsa, OK.
Carol was born in McPherson, KS, September 27, 1929 to Haddon
& Della (Day) Ilsley. She met and married Robert N. Herwig, while in college at KSU, on August 7, 1949.
Preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Robert. She is survived by daughters, Linda Adams and Alex, and Kim Herwig and her partner, David Thomas, all of Tulsa, OK; son, Craig Herwig and his wife, Kathy of Edmond, OK; granddaughter, Dr. Melissa Colbert and her husband, Joe of Detroit, MI; sister, Mary Rizek of Fairfax, VA; and her beloved cat, Twinkie. She loved her children both human and furry. Service will be 1:00 P.M., Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Asbury United Methodist, Mason Chapel, Tulsa, OK.
