Carol A. Spain 64, passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Carol was born to Frank Kerniskey and Stella (Osolinsky) Kerniskey on September 23, 1950 in Astoria Queens, New York.
She is survived by her husband: Royal Spain; daughter: Marianna and husband Michael Lish, Jr.; son: James Kerniskey. Carol will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Visitation 10:00 A.M. to 8 P.M., Wednesday September 16, 2015 at Moore's Memory Chapel.
Funeral Service: 2:30 P.M., Thursday, September 17, 2015 at Moore's Memory Chapel with interment at Rose Hill Cemetery.
Under the direction of Moore's Memory Chapel, 1403 South Peoria Ave., Tulsa, OK.
