Teague, Carol Ann (Stuver) Goforth, 79, passed away April 27, 2016 at 4:49 p.m. Carol Ann was born September 1, 1936, in Kansas City, Missouri to Leon L. & Goldie Case Stuver.
Carol grew up in Gladstone, Missouri attending high school in Gladstone and later attended Kansas State College of Pittsburgh. She then married and moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1962. She was a loving Mom of three sons and her main goal in life was their happiness. She deeply enjoyed her job as a volunteer at St. Francis Heart Hospital and her two loving dogs, Abby and Ozzie.
Carol Ann is survived by her 3 sons: Scott Goforth, his wife Suzanne, Steve Goforth, his wife Teri, & Brian Goforth, his fiance, Lisa Schemmer, along with Nine Grandchildren and three great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her Parents and her Sister, Joyce.
In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to Clarehouse of Tulsa.
