Carolyn Jeanne Tacker Hornsby transitioned from this earthly life, into the arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ, on Monday, March 7, 2016.

She was born September 5, 1944 in a farm house near Wagoner, OK. & passed from this life while at (either home or Clair House) with her family present. She left her temporary home & is now living in her permanent home, united with all her loved ones who passed before & is now waiting on us.

For a farm girl who thought she wanted to be a secretary, her life's work was much different. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a double major in Business & English & was a certified teacher. She then received her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology & earned her L.P.C. license. She was a guidance counselor in the Broken Arrow School System for 18 years.
Jeanne is survived by her family: Mike, Michael Dal, Marla & Tim, Sydney, Jake, David & Jane, Dale & Reni, Maribeth & Don & all the extended family.
