Carolyn Jean Lewallen, 72, passed away January 20, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born January 1, 1949 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Charles and Betty (Carroll) Starr.
She is survived by her husband, Billy Gene Lewallen; her sons, Rodney (Alli) Lewallen and Jason (Angela) Lewallen; grandchildren Hailey Berry, Teagan Lewallen, Tristan Strope, Gavin Lewallen, Jayden Lewallen and Greyson Lewallen; great-grandchildren, Ryder Berry, Ziaden Berry, Ainsley Strope, and Shipley Lewallen.
