Carolyn Sue Phillips Ward, born September 16, 1955, at Muskogee, Oklahoma to Fred C. and Doris J. Call Phillips, passed away after a brief illness on December 10, 2018, at Tulsa, Oklahoma.
She was a compassionate caregiver at InCor and dearly loved those with whom she worked. Carolyn was a people person, willing to help anyone and no one was ever turned away from her door. She loved animals and she could make you laugh and not even mean to.
Carolyn is survived by her mother, Doris Phillips, of Muskogee, her sons, Jesse Bernard Ward, Jacob Aaron Ward, and daughter, Janessa Rae Estes; siblings are Eva Howard and husband Larry of Bixby, Beverly Smith and husband Eugene of Muskogee, Orlin (Dug) Phillips and wife Cathy of Muskogee, and Roberta Evans and husband Jim of Jennings, seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by husbands, Bernard Ward and Rick Rush, and her father, Fred Phillips, and brother, Albert (Bud) Phillips.
