Catherine Ann Essley, 83, born to William Earl and Helen Angline (Drury) Carroll on August 7th, 1936 in Joplin, Missouri, passed away Sunday, September 8th, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Thomas Jay Essley, Jr.; grandchildren: T.J. Essley IV and Clifton Sparks; brothers: Harold Carroll and Bill Carroll; and sister: Dorthy Bickford.

Catherine is survived by her sons: Thomas Jay Essley III and his wife Sandy of Tulsa and Mike Essley and his wife Wanda Stow of Tulsa; daughter: Cathy Essley of Beijing, China; seven grandchildren; and brother: Charles (Bing) Carroll.

She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.

Viewing will be 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 11 at Moore's Memory Chapel, 1403 S. Peoria Ave. Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Funeral service will be 9:00 a.m. Thursday, September 12 at Moore's Memory Chapel with 12:00 p.m. interment at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery.
