Catherine Ann Foster, 95, passed away in Tulsa from an aortic aneurysm on Monday, October 9, 2023. She was born to Henry and Adelaide (Huerter) Ketter on April 27, 1928, in Centralia, Kansas.

Cathy had a warm heart and a contagious smile that welcomed everyone she met.

Cathy and husband of 75 years, Gerald Foster, are both originally from Kansas where many family members still reside. They moved to Tulsa in 1952 where he was a chemist for Dowell. They had four children together: Alan, Tricia, Neal and Russell and their extended families.

Cathy loved to garden and before arthritis crippled her hands, she was an avid painter and especially loved her time with the grandchildren.

She will be greatly missed.

Memorial Service will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 14th at Moore's Memory Chapel 1403 S. Peoria Ave., Tulsa, Oklahoma 74120.
