Cathy Bea Neal was born June 4, 1955, in Tulsa, OK, and passed away January 4, 2019. She lived in and around Tulsa all of her life. She graduated from Nathan Hale High School and attended nursing training. She married Jim Neal and had 2 boys, Jimmy Richard Neal II and Justin Wayne Neal.

Cathy lived with multiple health issues. A few were congestive heart failure, diabetes, COPD and only one third of her heart was functioning. Cathy loved life, had a good heart and would help anyone. She loved the Lord and accepted Him when she was a teenager while attending Sheridan Road Baptist Church.

Cathy will be greatly missed in the days ahead, but her spirit and memories will live on within each of us because we were privileged to have her in our lives.

Cathy is survived by her parents, Wayne and Shirley Ward of Tulsa; son, Jimmy of Catoosa, OK; son, Justin and his wife, Heather of Catoosa, OK; stepdaughters, Linda Neal and Tammy Neal, both of Owasso, OK; sister, Cassandra DeClerk and husband, Mark of Broken Arrow, OK; brother, Craig Burnett and wife, Tawnia of Pierre, South Dakota; step-brother, Larry Ward of Broken Arrow, OK; granddaughter, Amber Reid and husband, Daniel of Edmond, OK, who was reared by Cathy and Jim; granddaughters, Kallie Anne Neal, age 6 and Meadow Bea Neal, age 5 months old; multiple other nieces and nephews; and a lifetime of friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Neal; father, David Burnett; maternal and paternal grandparents, Forrest and Thelma Smith of Watonga, and Burt and Iris Burnett of Geary, OK.
