Cecil Leon Suter, 75, passed away on January 15, 2019 in Tulsa, OK. He was born on March 10, 1943 in Antioch, CA to the late Leroy and Barbara (Frakes) Suter. Cecil was a retired electronics research and design engineer with Seiscor Technologies, Inc. and served in the United States Navy.

Cecil was predeceased by his loving wife, Barbara (Adams) Suter and his parents. He is survived by daughters: Beverly Bemies, and her husband, Allen, Linda Bell and her husband, Donavan, and Claudia McPherson and her husband, Ryan all of Broken Arrow, OK; son, Kenneth Suter of Broken Arrow, OK; grandchildren, Madison Wheeler and his wife, Shelby, Tori Wheeler, Micheal Bell, Treacy Bell, Leilani McPherson and Jacob McPherson; great grandchild, Remington Wheeler; brothers, Edward Suter of Hartshorne, OK, William Suter of Eufaula, OK and Howard Ralph Suter of Krebs, OK.

Viewing will be Thursday, 12Noon - 8PM, Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Moore's Southlawn Funeral Home. The graveside service will by 12Noon, Friday, January 18, 2019 at Memorial Park Cemetery.
