Chad Douglas, 49 years old from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, April 1, 2023, after a long fight with cancer. He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on August 28, 1973, to Charles (Chuck) Douglas and Connie Douglas.

Chad graduated from Broken Arrow High School (Class of 1992) and after high school he went into the workforce then owned his own business named Dav Studios. He was married to Susan Michelle Pankop on October 28, 2000. Chad was smitten and in love with his wife from the very first time he met her at the apartment complex where her brother-in-law, Rob Whaley Jr. and sister, Lael Whaley lived in Broken Arrow. They had two children, Joshua and Jordan Douglas. He loved watching his children Joshua and Jordan grow into their own personalities. He loved that his children are going after their dreams and their passions. Joshua in his love for music and singing. Jordan in his love for cooking. He loved his children dearly. Chad loved to watch movies. Just to name a few of his favorites like Superman, Star Wars, Star Track, Doctor Who, and all the Marvel movies.

Chad is survived by his older brother Chris Douglas, younger brother Coy Douglas, his sons Joshua, Jordan, 4 nieces, 4 great nieces, 6 nephews, 5 great nephews, and his loving wife Susan Douglas.
