Chad Edward Gully, 44, of Sapulpa, OK, passed away Friday, June 12, 2020. He was born Friday, January 20, 1976, in Fayetteville, AR, to Donald Ray and Wanda Kay Gully. Chad was a machinist for Baker Hughes and enjoyed spending time with his children, baseball, in his youth, canoeing, barbecue, golf, the outdoors, playing drums and his guitar. Chad is survived by his fiancee of eight and one half years, Pamela Mapes of Sapulpa, OK; his children, Hayley Gully of Van Buren, AR, Meagan Gully of Austin, TX, and Ian Gully of Charleston, AR; stepson, Eric Mapes of Pleasanton, TX; step-grandchild, Marianna Jade Mapes; his dad and step-mom, Don and Donna Gully of Little Flock, AR; his mother, Wanda Kremers of Lowell, AR; his brother, Michael Gully and wife Jodie of Midland, TX; stepsister, Joy D. Gall and husband Joey of Rogers, AR; his grandmother, Margie Gully; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his sister, Carrie Byrd, and stepbrother, Gregory Vantine.
