Obituary

Charles Lee Carnagey of Broken Arrow Oklahoma passed away on March 16th, 2025. He was born in Tulsa Oklahoma to Hagen Patrick and Virginia Carnagey. He was the second of five children.

Sister Linda Turner Jones of OKC OK, Trisha Thompson of Bolivar MO, Mike Carnagey of Tulsa OK, Cathy Larkey of OKC, OK. Chuck had two children Karl Carnagey of Tulsa Ok, Patrick Carnagey. Chuck was proceeded in death by his parents, son Pat and sister Cathy. Chuck had four grandchildren Dylon Carnagey, Nakayla Carnagey, Bladen Carnagey, and Klarissa Carnagey, all of Tulsa Oklahoma.

Chuck was a talented Draftsman and Designer. He was published in several oil and gas journals throughout his career for his designs in oil well platforms and multiple projects. He was currently employed through ENGIobal working on projects contracted by the government. He was a self-taught man with a God given talent. Earlier in his life he owned an auto repair shop with his sons Pat and Karl. After his shop got burglarized and they stole all his tools, he went back to working as a Designer. During the past several years he has traveled around the world working on different projects with ENGIobal. Chuck devoted his life to Dylon and Nakayla after Pat passed away. He spent his weekends at wrestling and judo tournaments and competitions. He loved watching Dylon play high school and college football. As a kid he played baseball, was a Golden Gloves boxer, raced motorcycles, had horses, and loved swimming. As a young adult he enjoyed racing drag boats, parasailing, hunting, breeding horses, gliding, golfing, riding 4 wheelers, and working on anything with an engine. Throughout Chuck's life he had one animal that he always prideful about. He was the one thing he never stopped talking about. It was a Rottweiler named Buck. Buck was everything a person needed in a dog. He was a protector, loving, and playful. Buck set an example of what a man's best friend should be.

Chuck lived a very fulfilling and thrilling lifestyle. Chuck never let any obstacle stop him from what he wanted to achieve. He took the bull by the horns, he never stopped pursuing a better lifestyle for himself and his family. He stepped into his son Pats shoes for his grandchildren after he passed, he took on the father figure role. For doing this Dylon and Nakayla are eternally grateful to him. He made an impact on those around him, for this he was loved, the memory of Chuck will live on in all that knew and loved him.

Graveside Service will be 11AM, Friday, April 11, 2025 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5111 S. Memorial Drive, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
