Charles "Chuck" Edwin Kelley, 85, passed away February 6, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Chuck was born on June 14, 1937, to Homer and Ruby (Smith) Kelley. He graduated from Barnsdall High School in 1955 and earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Education from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He taught primary and secondary levels for 35+ years, primarily in Tulsa Public Schools. He enjoyed riding horses, steer roping, working cattle with family and attended the Ben Johnson Memorial Rodeo and The Cavalcade in Osage County every year.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Ruby; his brothers Tommy and Dick; his wife of 56 years, Pat; his best friends, Jerry and Karen Hicks. He is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Sue Franks (Raymond), Mrs. Carol Howell (Larry), Mrs. Janet Smith (Andy) of Barnsdall, and Mrs. Rose Mary Kendrick (Mickey) of Texas; one brother, Philip Kelley (Robbie), of Barnsdall; two daughters, Mrs. Charla Paul (Shawn), and Mrs. Karin Bush (Dean); one grandson Cameron Paul; and many nieces and nephews.
