Charles Victor Owens, 90 of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma was born April 19th, 1927 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Arley Jefferson Owens, Sr and Ina Marie (Woodcock) Owens passed away July 22, 2017 at his home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
Family will have visitation Wednesday, July 26, 2017 from 6 - 8 pm at Moore's Rosewood Chapel, 2570 S. Harvard, Tulsa.
Graveside services will be held 10 AM Thursday, July 27, 2017, Park Grove Cemetery in Broken Arrow.
