Obituary
Charles was a retired Systems Analyst for American Airlines.
Preceded in death by his parents; wife, Kathryn Louise Culbertson Rowan; brother, Reggie Rowan. Survived by three sons, Michael C. (Deborah B.) Rowan, C. B. Rowan, Russell C. Rowan; daughter-in-law, Lori Ellen Rowan; three granddaughters, Rebecca Rowan, Madelana Sarah-Kathryn Rowan, Ireland Kathryn-Grace Rowan; step grandson, Trystyn (Lizzy) Batchelor; great-grandson, Easton Michael Rowan; two sisters, Margaret Panagos, Maureen Barr; three brothers, James Rowan, Thomas Rowan, and Thomas Mackey.
Visitation will be 4-8 PM, Friday, December 8, 2017 at Moore's Southlawn. Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M., Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233 share memories at www.moorefuneral.com
