Charles "Charlie" Lea Soost, 67, of Tulsa, OK, passed away Thursday, August 11, 1977, at St. John Medical Center, Tulsa, OK. He was born on Friday, February 11, 1910, in Pittsburg, PA, to Charles W. Soost and Ina (Weiberly) Soost. [NOTE: Memorial Park Cemetery has his birthplace as Clarendon, Monroe County, AR.] He was married to Doris Mae (Pittman) Soost, and the owner of Specialty Equipment, which sold Magneto parts. Charlie is survived by his wife, Doris; son, Charles E. "Chuck" Soost of Key West, FL; two daughters, Mrs. Bonnie Jackson and husband, David, of Tulsa, OK, and Mrs. Debbie Fine and husband, Michael,of Tulsa, OK; three grandchildren; two brothers, all of Pittsburg, PA; four sisters, all of Pittsburg, PA; and a lifetime of friends. Charles was preceded in death by his parents.
