Charles "Scotty" Sutherland, 86, of North Little Rock, AR and formerly of Tulsa, died Saturday, Nov, 26, 2016 at his home in North Little Rock. He was born October 31, 1930 to Clarence William Sutherland and Fannie Ann Burden Sutherland. He married the former Nancy Elaine Semrad. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, William Douglas "Red" Todd; and a sister, Mary Joan Sutherland.

Mr. Sutherland was a retired realtor.

In addition to his wife Nancy, he is survived by 3 daughters, Connie Wallace and her husband Frank, Anita Cohen and her husband Scott, Teresa Eddie and her husband Martin; a son, Randy Davidson and his wife Rose; 9 grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
