Charles B. Tetrick passed away on Monday, December 28th, 2015. Charles was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on July 2nd, 1933 to Florence and E.L.Tetrick. He attended Tulsa Public Schools, received an undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma (BBA, Major in Accounting), and earned a law degree from the University of Tulsa. He also received a Masters of Law degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Charles was a member of the Oklahoma, Tulsa County and American Bar Associations and he was a CPA. He practiced law with the firm of Moyers, Martin, Santee, Imel and Tetrick for 35 years and was listed in the publication Best Lawyers In America for more than 25 years. He was active in the Tulsa Rotary Club. He was a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity and the United States Navy ROTC. After graduation he served as an active duty officer in the United States Navy for two years. He enjoyed outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, golfing and gardening. He was a member of Southern Hills Country Club.

His parents and his sister Patricia Hannaford preceded Charles in death. Surviving are his wife Courtenay of 55 years and his beloved children and grandchildren: son, Jeff and wife Michaele and children Taylor, Gentry and Tyler; daughter, Ann and husband John Thompson (Kansas City) and children David and Jack; son, Charles and wife Tracy (Kansas City) and children Katie, Chase and Courtenay; and nieces Amanda Hannaford, Kate Stolle and their families.

A memorial service will be held at the family's church, St. John's Episcopal Church (4200 S. Atlanta Place, Tulsa, OK) on Monday, January 4th, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. The family asks that any remembrance donations be made to a charity of your choice.
