Charlotte Louise Willis was born on Oct. 22nd, 1934. She passed from this life on June 9th, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Lloyd Dean Willis. Her parents, John and Azalea Fogleman. Her brother John E. Fogleman and sister Joan Fogleman

She leaves behind her daughter Lynnette Keck and Michael. Her granddaughter Melissa Jones and husband Chris. Her grandson Kevin Keck and wife Cristy. Her great-granddaughters Taylor and Abby Jones. Great-grandsons Brody and Gavin Keck. All of Broken Arrow. Her sister and best friend Velma Webb of Broken Arrow. Her brother Ernest Fogleman and wife Sharon of Locust Grove. Brother Leonard Fogleman of Tulsa. Sister Willeen Bosewell and husband Larry of Tulsa. Her brother Jim Fogleman of Locust Grove.

She was the oldest of 8 children. She was raised in Locust Grove. She married Lloyd Dean Willis on May 14th, 1955. They moved to Owasso, where they bought their first home. Later, they bought property west of Owasso and built their home where they lived for 18 years. In 1980, they then moved to Broken Arrow, where she lived until she passed. She loved having her family and friends for all the holidays and anytime they wanted to come. They were always welcome.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Moore Funeral Home - Southlawn Chapel in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The funeral service will be on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Arrow Heights Baptist Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, with a graveside service following at Memorial Park Cemetery.
