Charlotte Ann Clevenger passed from this life Saturday, September 8th, 2018 at the age of 80 surrounded by her family. She was born July 2nd, 1938 in Ponca City, OK to Forrest H (Bud) and Nellie Cleo Hall. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Cleo Hall; sister Norma Cannon and son Charles Wesley "Wes" Clevenger.

Charlotte is survived by her husband, Charles Homer and their children Michael Craig Clevenger of Catoosa, Nell Ann Dawson of Catoosa, Jay Barry Clevenger of Broken Arrow and Steven David Clevenger of Catoosa. They have 12 grandchildren, Paige, Chelsea, Ryan, Jacob, Rachel, Charlee, Wesley, Lauren, Guy, Avery, Josie and Tatum. She is also survived by her brothers Tom and Luke Hall.

Charlotte graduated from Ponca City High School in 1957. She later attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK where she met her husband. She married Charles Homer Clevenger on November 8th, 1958 in Stilwell, OK. The couple lived in Arkansas and Missouri before settling in the Tulsa area. Charlotte worked at Amerada Hess for 31 years in the accounting department and later retired with the company in 1996.

Family was a very important part of Charlotte's life. She loved having her grandchildren over to spend the night and help cook before big holidays. She also took pleasure in watching her grandkids play in the backyard after family events. Having family over for any reason gave her joy and she always made sure that no one left her house without a full belly and a root beer float.

Charlotte was an active member of First Baptist Broken Arrow where she enjoyed volunteering at the Hospitality House with her Sunday school class. She also enjoyed traveling with the Tulsa model A club.

A viewing will be held Wednesday, September 12th, 2018 from 12- 8pm at Moore's Southlawn Chapel 9350 East 51st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma. A celebration of her life will be held Thursday, September 13th at 10:00 AM at Moore Funeral Home - Southlawn Chapel. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
