Chester "Chet" Richard Hershey, 73, of Tulsa, OK, passed away April 3, 1976, in Tulsa, OK. He was born on April 7, 1902, in Liberty, MO, to David Husher and Mary Jane (Barber) Hershey. He began barbering at the age of 17, and retired from barbering in Owasso, OK. Chet is survived by his wife, Cora Louise (Reynolds) Hershey; 4 daughters, Mrs. Jim (Nora) Dawson of Tulsa, OK, Mary Lou Mitchell of Tulsa, OK, Shelia Ahrend of Tulsa, OK, and Margaret Stipancich of Kansas City, KS; 13 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Pearl Blue Jacket of Blue Jacket, OK, and Mary Williams of Kansas City, MO; and a lifetime of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
