Charles Ray Poling, Sr., of 1832 N.E. 50th St., Oklahoma City, OK, went to be with his Heavenly Father on November 25, 1991, in Bethany Hospital, Oklahoma City, OK. He was born in Stillwater, OK, on October 11, 1907, to Fletcher James Poling and Ida Belke (Remple) Poling. Chester married Elsie Christine (Starkey) Poling on November 18, 1926, in New Kirk, OK. They were blessed to have recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. Charles and Elsie resided in Locust Grove, OK, until 1943, when they moved to Tulsa, OK. They resided there, until 1956, when they moved to Oklahoma City, OK. He was a retired Quality Control inspector. He is survived by his wife; son, Chester Ray Poling, Jr. and wife, MaryAnn of Tulsa, OK; daughter, Georgia Beaugene Roberts of Oklahoma City, OK; daughter Inabelle Christine Rist and husband, Richard of Colorado Springs, CO; daughter, Roberta Maxine Poling and husband, Perry of Oklahoma City, OK; grandchildren; and a lifetime of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and daughter, Lois Maydene Cale.
