Chris Eugene King, 55, of Stigler, Oklahoma, passed away on October 20th, 2022.Chris was born on December 24th, 1966 to Carl and Linda King in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

In 1981, Chris met Sherry Jean Hughes at Crooked Oak High School. They were married May 23rd, 1984 and celebrated 38 years of marriage. Chris and Sherry went on to have five children: Crystal, Carrie, Chris, Brittany and James.

Chris was predeceased by his daughter Crystal R. Franklin, granddaughter Ashley R. Franklin and mother Linda C. King. He is survived by wife Sherry J. King; children Carrie M. Davis, Chris E. King Jr., Brittany D. White, James B. King; grandchildren Austin G. White, Drake E. Franklin, Cash E. Franklin, Nevaeh G. Davis, Axton C. T. White, Alexis C.R. White, Nelijah J. Davis, Nisaiah T. Davis; father Carl E. King; mother-in-law Peggy J. Carney; siblings LaCretia B. Roberts, Bruce A. Roberts (brother-in-law), Terry A King and many nieces, nephews and special friends.

Chris's biggest loves were God, his wife, children, grandchildren, family, music, paranormal investigations and his "Whats Going on Eufaula" Facebook community.

You cannot talk about Chris without talking about his huge heart. Chris's love for his fellow man was only second to his love of his family. Everyone who has ever met him knows he would give his shirt off his back to help someone. Chris's early years consisted of chasing the dream of music. This led to Chris and family moving to Tennessee. He moved to Lake Eufaula in 2003. Once at Lake Eufaula he continued working in the music industry, working with Piney Creek Fellowship Church, mentoring Special Olympics, substitute teaching, and at a secondhand children consignment store.

Visitation will be 2pm - 5pm, Sunday, October 23rd, 2022 and the Funeral Service will be 2pm, Monday, October 24th, 2022 both at Moore's Southlawn Funeral Home - 918-663-2233.
