Chris L. Jarvis, 78, of Owasso, OK, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2023. He was born in Oroville, CA, on Thursday, October 12, 1944, to Glenn Jarvis and Ellen Ruth (Barclay) Jarvis. Chris was proud to have served as a Lance Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, during the Vietnam War. Chris married the love of his life, Judy Jarvis, on Saturday, October 5, 1985, in Lake Tahoe, CA, and they began the beautiful adventure of their lives together. He was a retired supervisor for UPS, and a member of Central Valley Vietnam Vets. He enjoyed yard work, and golfing. Chris' greatest pleasure was spending time with his family and he took great pride in his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who called him the "best grandpa."

Chris was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers; and 1 sister. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Judy Jarvis; 2 daughters, Lori Burlingame of Tulare, CA, and Julie Kasdorf of Henderson, NV; 7 grandchildren, David Burlingame and wife, Rosie, Amanda Burlingame, Kevin Burlingame and wife, Elodia, Trevor Burlingame, Matthew Burlingame, Amy Andrews, and Alison Kasdorf; 3 great-grandchildren, Charlotte, Atlas, and Evelyn; and a lifetime of friends.

Memorial Contributions can be made in Chris' name to "Tunnels to Towers," or a charity of your choice.
