Obituary
Christopher Lyle Lacy of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away at his home on February 17, 2026. He was born September 20, 1956 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Dudley and Joan Lacy.
Chris married Dana Baxter in 1981.
Chris joined the Tulsa Police Department in 1979 and worked there for 33 years until his retirement in 2012. While on the Police Department he was a member of the Tulsa Police Department Dive Team for 23 years.
He is survived by his wife Dana. He is also survived by his son Daniel Lacy and his wife Lindsey, their two children Madison and Dean of North Richland, Hills Texas and daughter Christina Bumgarner and her husband Ben and their three children Benny, Fiona and Joseph of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Chris enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.
Chris will be remembered as a loving, caring, protective, husband and father and a loyal friend.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
