Christopher Michael Smith, 44, of Tulsa, OK, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019. He was born on Saturday, June 7, 1975, in Claremore, OK, to Michael and Debra Smith. Chris was a heating and air HVAC Journeyman. Whether you knew him as Chris, Tank or Dub, he is remembered as a spontaneous soul. Chris was admired for his quick wit, kind spirit and infectious smile. He grew up with his family in Catoosa, OK, where he was active in sports, including baseball, football and wrestling. Chris had an adventurous spirit and enjoyed skydiving, rock climbing and repelling. He also enjoyed fishing, tinkering with things, and listening to his favorite music, but his greatest passion was spending time with his family. Leaving to cherish his memory are his son, Braden Smith of Tulsa, OK; sister, Messina Smith and husband, Dan Reyes of Broken Arrow, OK; nephew, Alex Ashwill of Broken Arrow, OK; niece, Makayla Reyes, of Broken Arrow, OK; and a lifetime of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; and one uncle. Rest easy, Chris. We will all see you again.
