LaPlante, Clarence L. Jr., 84 of Tulsa passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015. He was born January 12, 1931 in Stroud, OK to Clarence, Sr. and Velma LaPlante. He was a 1949 graduate from Will Rogers High, "The 49'ers", served in Korea as a Marine where he received the "Purple Heart", a sr. purchasing agent for American Airlines and a member of Yale Ave. Christian Church. He also enjoyed playing golf. Survived by wife of 57 years Nancy LaPlante, children Cinda LaPlante, Tulsa, Mark LaPlante and his wife Karen, Tulsa, Jon LaPlante and his wife Claire, Rosemary Beach, FL, grandsons Mason LaPlante and Christopher LaPlante. Preceded in death by parents. Memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project.
