W. Clark Perkins died Saturday, June 27, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Ginny, and daughter, Maddie, of Tulsa; parents, Martha and Dave Chambers of Palm Desert, CA, and John and Dena Perkins of Edmond, OK; brothers Chris Perkins and wife, Charlotte, of Austin, TX, and Mark Chambers and wife, Rose, of Houston, TX; stepsister, Jennifer Perkins of Oklahoma City, OK; six nieces and nephews; and many beloved friends and colleagues. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Pauline and James W. Reedy, Jr. and Emma Lou and Cecil Perkins, and niece, Jentry Perkins.

A native of Oklahoma City, Clark attended Heritage Hall and graduated in 1982. He attended the University of Oklahoma where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in finance in 1986.

Clark began his banking career as a national bank examiner with the Comptroller of the Currency and served in this capacity for almost 10 years. He then worked as Vice-President and credit underwriter for Liberty Bank in Oklahoma City, and following the merger with Bank One, he served as the bank's managing underwriter. For the past 14 years, Clark has worked for Bank of Oklahoma in both Oklahoma City and Tulsa and held various roles including Senior Credit Specialist, Small Business Lending Manager, and more recently as Senior Vice-President and Credit Risk Manager.

His memorial service will be at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 30th, at First United Methodist Church in downtown Tulsa. A reception will be held at the church immediately following the service.
