Obituary

Clifford Lee Cook was born Thursday, December 22, 1949, to Ralph and Beverly Cook in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Clifford is survived by his beloved wife of 22 years, Deborah Cook (Bice), whom he married on Monday, October 22, 2001, in Frisco, TX.

Clifford was proud to have served 4 years in the United States Air Force, 14 years as a Scoutmaster for Boy Scouts of America, 18 years with the Addison Fire Department as a Fire Fighter/Paramedic, 8 years with Texas Health Resources, and 8 years with UPMC Hamot (former known as Hamot Medical Center) in Erie, PA.

Clifford was a history buff, enjoyed traveling and going on cruises with Deborah. He was an avid outdoor sportsman and enjoyed 5th wheeling, camping, hiking, and fishing.

Clifford was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Deborah, sons, Jarrett Cook and wife, Tish of TX, and son Phillip Cook and wife, Ashley of TX; daughters, Megan White of PA, and Lori Cook of TX; five grandchildren; sister, Carol Morris and husband, Jim; brothers Rennie Cook and wife, Stacy of OK, and Jeffrey Cook of TX; sister-in-law, Charlene Liverett and husband Richard, of TX; several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews; and a lifetime of friends.

Visitation: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 7, 2022
Funeral: 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 8, 2022
