Obituary

Clura Irene "Corkey" Cluck Nowlin passed away Monday, June 20, 2016 at the age of 85. Corkey was born November 24, 1930 to Robert A. and Rhoda H. Blankenship in Tulsa, OK. She attended Daniel Webster High School, graduating in 1948. She is preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers--Cluster A, and Clifford W. Blankenship; 1 sister--Clara B. Carleton. She is also preceded in death by John T. Cluck, her husband of 33 years and by Walter L. Nowlin, her husband of 30 years.

Corkey resided in Cortez, Co for the last 30 years, returning to Tulsa just prior to her death. She was always a Tulsan and very proud of her roots in West Tulsa and Red Fork. She enjoyed traveling and collecting native American art, especially pottery and rugs.

Her greatest joy was her 4 children, and in later years, her grandchildren and great-granddaughter. Clura is survived by Linda C. (Walker) Rowell, Douglas A. (Jamie) Cluck, Neil T. (Karen) Cluck, and Madgeline K. Cluck. Also by grandchildren Wesley A. (Leslie) Rowell, Jennifer Cluck, Stephen D. (Joy) Cluck, Amanda J. Cluck, Matthew T. Cluck, and Robin M, Rodriguez. Also by great-grand- daughter Grace A. Rowell. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 24th, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in Memorial Park Cemetery. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
