Obituary
Constance "Connie" Bryan, 93, of Tulsa, OK, passed away Tuesday, March 30th, 2021. Connie was born July 23rd, 1927 in Grove City, PA to James and Nellie (Carr) Barber.
Connie completed nursing school at the end of WWII and chose to practice in Talihina, OK where she met her husband of 70 years, James Bryan.
Connie retired as a RN from Tulsa Public Schools. She enjoyed: traveling, gardening, chocolate, coffee, playing canasta and The Hard Rock. She and James enjoyed each other's company by the pool and they loved the pageantry of OU football. Connie's deviled eggs were the hit at every family event.
She is survived by: husband, James of Tulsa, OK; son, David Bryan of Tulsa, OK; daughter, Patricia Flinn and husband Ronald of Houston, TX; grandson, Timothy Flinn and wife Sydney of Oklahoma City, OK and great-granddaughter, Theresa "Reese". Connie was preceded in death by: parents; four brothers and two sisters.
