Connie Lynn Garner was born October 27th, 1953 in Fort Knox, Kentucky. She went home to be with our Lord on Thursday, October 10, 2024. She passed at her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Connie's mom was Hazel Mulleneaux Stall, Connie's dad was Charles "Chuck" Stall - U.S. Army, Retired. Both deceased. Connie has three siblings. Marilyn Jolly, Jeff Stall (Alaska), Robert "Bobby" Stall (deceased). Marilyn is married to Paul Jolly, they live in Dallas, Texas. She has a son, Erik Garner. Connie is a christian and member of Victory Church Tulsa. She was a high school graduate of Lawton High. Connie was married to Leon Garner of Danville, VA. for 53 years.

Connie was co-owner and manager of B & G Travis Lock & Key along with her husband, bother were still working. Connie was a great singer and avid reader she sang with a "big band" in Tulsa called the The Sounds of Music Orchestra" for about three years. Connie was a loving wife, mother and the best grandma to Gavin Garner (11 years old) that could possibly be. She was a skillful councilor to many younger women.

Connie will be laid to rest on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 1PM. The service will be at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 East 51st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Formal visitation will be on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 from 5PM - 7PM. The cemetery service will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5111 South Memorial Drive, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
