Consuelo Botello, 93, passed away on Wednesday, September 3rd 2026 in Tulsa, Oklahoma surrounded by her family. She was born in Martindale, Texas, on January 15, 1933 to Ricardo and Carolina Rodriguez.

She was united in marriage to Rodrigo Botello on may 14, 1955. He proceeded her in death on June 25, 2020.

She is survived by her five children, Mary Botello, Rose (Bob) Carlson, Marcos Botello, Martina (Gordon) Cocklin, and Delores (Victor) Bernal, 14 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

Consuelo enjoyed sewing, quilting and many other crafts. She gifted many family members with a special quilt or a handcrafted item throughout the years.

Viewing for Consuelo will be on Monday, September 7, 2026 from 5:00 pm till 8:00 pm at Moore Funeral Home - Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74145 with a Rosary to begin at 7:00 pm.

Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 11:00 am at Church of the Resurrection 4804 S. Fulton Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74135. Burial will follow the service at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5111 S. Memorial Drive, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74145.
