Obituary
Cora Della Herlan, 87, of Tulsa, OK, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 1977, at her residence. She was born on Tuesday, March 25, 1890, in Washington County, Ohio, to E. W. Thomas and Emma (Bowersock) Thomas. She was married to John Otto Herlan. Cora is survived by her husband; son, William P. "Bill" Herlan of Tulsa, OK; 2 grandchildren, Mary Herlan Phillips and William P. Herlan, Jr.; 2 great-grandsons, Mathew Reed Phillips and Jonathan I. Herlan; and a lifetime of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Cora will be greatly missed in the days ahead, but her spirit and memories will live on within each of us, because we were privileged to have her in our lives.
