Pat believed in God and was a member of the Methodist church. Pat was so excited to see her husband, Sam, and her son, Jeff, in heaven.
After attending high school and community college in Coffeyville, Pat met her first husband, Charles, and lived all around the country. Tulsa became her home when Jeff was in high school. In Tulsa, Pat was a member and employee of the Tulsa area YMCA, where she met her life partner, Sam, playing racquetball. They married in 1980 in Tulsa and lived in a condo overlooking Lake Keystone. Sam was an ophthalmologist at the Warren Clinic, and Pat worked in his office. They enjoyed many hikes and camping trips in Colorado.
Pat was also a wonderful gardener, growing beautiful flowers and vegetables for many years. In her retirement, she volunteered at Laureate Clinic helping individuals with eating disorders. Pat was very social and had many friends over the years. She enjoyed going to performances at the Tulsa PAC. She also never passed up an opportunity to have tacos and margaritas with her loved ones. Pat was a joy to everyone around her and had plenty of smiles and laughs to share.
Pat peacefully reunited with her parents, brother, husband, and son in heaven on Sunday, April 9th in Owasso, OK with family by her side. A celebration of life will be held for her on Friday, April 14th at 11am at Trinity Woods Chapel (4134 E 31st St Tulsa, OK 74135).
