Cory believed in God and carried that faith in him throughout his life. His belief gave him strength, hope and compassion for others, and it was reflected in the love and grace to the people around him.

Cory graduated from Union High School in 2006 and continued his education at Tulsa Tech where he graduated with his Airframe and Power Plant License. Cory was employed with American Airlines as an aircraft mechanic since October 2019.

Cory was an active and dedicated member of the Alcoholics Anonymous community. His strength, encouragement, honesty, and generosity helped people along their own journeys they were going through along side of him.

Cory understood struggle and believed in hope and freely shared support with those who needed it most. The impact he had within the recovery community will not be forgotten.

Cory had a deep love of music, especially reggae. He could often be found enjoying himself at Guitar Center. He also would never pass up a trip to Harbor Freight as well as Bath and Body Works during their sale for their wall flowers.

He had a vintage Camaro that he loved working on. When ever possible he would spend time with his sisters dogs which also was a source of joy and happiness.

Cory had a way of finding joy in the simple moments and the people he loved most. Cory loved people. He was deeply loved by his family, friends, co-workers and everyone fortunate enough to know him. His welcoming and genuine heart made others feel accepted and valued. His unique smile and joking spirit and faith will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
